Travel /Accommodations & Logistics: Registrants are responsible for travel to and from the VLI. Typical shuttle and taxi service from the airport ranges from $50-$70. Once a guest at VLI, your hotel room/taxes, food and entertainment costs are covered by Venture Lighting International for the class duration. Hotel arrangements are completed by the VLI upon your registration confirmation. Our VLI hotel will require a major credit card at check-in for incidentals.

Class starting and concluding times vary by each course, you will want to verify your class times in your registration acknowledgement email.

The most convenient airports for your travel plans are Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and the Akron-Canton Regional Airport. Both airports accommodate multiple airlines and are approximately 30-45 minutes from the Wingate Hotel and VLI facility.

Cancellation Policy: All registrants will be charged the full course fee if a cancellation notice is not provided 15 business days prior to the first day of the registered class. This includes “no shows”. A full refund is provided if canceled within the specified timeframe. Contact us directly for special circumstances.
